The WideOpen CX Maturity Assessment

We also operate the WideOpen CX Maturity Assessment, a separate self-serve tool hosted at assessment.thisiswideopen.com. It is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase as its database and Resend for email delivery - all US-based providers that process this data only on our instructions.

When you register for the assessment, we collect your name, work email, organization, industry, your role (optional), and whether you opted in to receive occasional CX research from us. When you take the assessment, we collect your responses to the questions and any comments you choose to add.

We use this information to email you a link to your assessment, to follow up about WideOpen's consulting work if it may be helpful, and - only if you opted in - to send you occasional CX research and insights. We may also include your responses in anonymized, aggregated industry benchmarks. We never sell your data or share individually identifiable information with anyone outside the providers named above.

To see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, to remove your responses from aggregated research, or to unsubscribe from marketing emails, contact us at contact@thisiswideopen.com. Transactional emails, such as your assessment link, are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
